You can reschedule your appointment using the ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’ link in your confirmation email.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Each booking allows one reschedule only and must remain within the same calendar month.

If the reschedule option is unavailable, this means you are outside of the 48 hour notice period. Your booking will be treated as a late cancellation and charges may apply in line with our cancellation policy.

If you can no longer attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the full remaining balance being charged.

We understand that things can happen, however appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are treated as a late cancellation. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and a charge of 50% of the remaining balance may apply.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited and the full remaining balance will be charged.

Future bookings may not be accepted until any outstanding balance has been cleared.

Hollywood and Brazilian waxes are not performed during your period. If your period begins unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will aim to accommodate a reschedule where appropriate.
