Appointment calendars are released on the 15th of each month.
Example: July appointments will be available on June 15th.
A £25 deposit is needed to confirm your booking.
Appointments & Availability
SLK Beauty Lab operates on an appointment only basis.
Appointments are released on the 15th of each month and can be viewed and booked via our online booking system.
Appointments outside of the available times may be requested via WhatsApp or Instagram. We will always try to accommodate where possible, depending on availability. Additional charges may apply.
Deposits & Rescheduling
Deposits:
To secure your appointment, a £25 non refundable deposit is required. This is deducted from your total balance.
The remaining balance must be paid by cash or card at the time of your appointment.
While all deposits are non refundable, if we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Rescheduling Policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
Appointments can be rescheduled using the ‘Change/Cancel Appointment’ link in your confirmation email. Each booking allows one reschedule only and must remain within the same calendar month.
If the reschedule option is unavailable, this means you are outside of the 48 hour notice period. In this case, your booking will be treated as a late cancellation. Late cancellations will result in your deposit being forfeited and may incur a charge of 50% of the remaining balance.
Should you wish to rebook, a new deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
Extra Guests
For the comfort and safety of all clients and staff, additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room. This includes, but is not limited to, parents, siblings, partners, and friends.
Please do not arrive with extra guests, as they will not be permitted to wait inside. The only exception is where a dual service has been booked for two clients.
All clients must be 18 years or older, meaning a parent or guardian is not required to attend your appointment. We kindly ask all clients to respect this policy to maintain a professional and relaxing environment
No Show & Cancellation Policy
Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice or communication will be considered a no-show. In this case the full remaining balance will be charged
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings until any outstanding balance is cleared.
Late Policy
Please kindly arrive for your appointment on time.
A 10 minute grace period is allowed. After this, a £10 late fee will apply.
If you are more than 25 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and the full remaining balance may be charged.
Before Your Facial Treatment
Please arrive with minimal or no makeup.
Avoid using active skincare products such as retinol, Vitamin A, or AHA/BHA for at least 5–7 days prior to your treatment. Please also avoid physical exfoliants such as scrubs or brushes.
Please remove contact lenses and any facial jewellery before your appointment.
Before Your Wax Appointment
Age Requirement:
For all treatments, clients must be 18 +
Preparation for Your Appointment:
Please ensure a minimum of 3–4 weeks of hair growth before your appointment.
Clients are expected to attend their appointment in a clean and hygienic condition. Wipes will be available if needed.
Failure to maintain appropriate hygiene may result in the treatment being refused or an additional fee being applied.
Menstrual Cycle
We do not perform intimate waxing during your menstrual cycle.
If your period begins unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible. We will aim to accommodate a reschedule where appropriate.
We reserve the right to use discretion in all cases.
